Beginning in 2010, CAP Technology/Dagger Tools will grow a consulting role with ITW CIP

Aerospace into a business development-distribution role for MS/NAS type aerospace anchor

and nutplate hardware.  ITW CIP Aerospace located in Gallatin, Tennessee is an AS-9100

certified manufacture of aerospace hardware.  Our role at CAP Technology/Dagger Tools will

 be to develop new sales opportunities with end users and resellers that are in need of 1-

5000pcs of current production ITW CIP Aerospace anchor and nutplate hardware. Orders will

 be processed through our Wixom, Michigan facility where inventory will be maintained for

immediate, same day shipment worldwide. Each order will include full manufacturer lot

certifications and item bar code labeling.  Larger order requirements will be coordinated

with ITW CIP Aerospace and will be handled directly from ITW CIP Aerospace facility in

Gallatin, TN.

  The performance racing industry has found anchor & nutplates to be ideal for securing wire

harnesses, fuel & brake lines, air flow ducts and other applications because of the fasteners

corrosion resistance, lightweight design and self-locking threaded cage nut feature. The custom

car and street rod builder can equally benefit for these unique fastener features. We

will be offering kits with a selection of one style of anchor or nutplate at a given

 thread size along with the correct pop rivets to aid in installation.  

   To our aircraft users all fasteners are supplied with full manufacturer’s certification

and are of current manufactured lots and are not surplus or close out in origin.

developmental role.  Additional anchor and nutplate styles from ITW CIP Aerospace

 will become available periodically and you’ll have a front row seat. For example

 our NAS 1791 styles with replaceable nut element one of the newest style nutplates

offered in the marketplace is now offrerd for online purchase.
