2pc a tipping wheel set. Tipping is one of the few ways to turn an edge in a compound shaped panel when a powered machine method is not available. Works just like a traditional beading die, by stretching a very small surface and allowing the surface to turn up to 90 degrees after several passes at slightly greater pressure settings. Tipping wheel is 2 1/2" in diameter with a .50 radius working edge and has back tapper surface to allow sheet clearance. Has a .866 t.005 ID bore with a twin set screw lock to fit most bead rollers shafts. Bottom wheel is steel (UHMW plastic version offered also...DT-TP02P) 2" diameter X 2" length with a .866 t.005 bore ID. Both top and bottom is heat treated to 30/34 Rockwell C for wear resistance.
