Dagger Tools "NEW Release" Deluxe TR-KIT II auto body trim repair kit, 18pc dedicated to the repair of damaged auto body trim pieces, by correcting, and raising unique auto body trim sections, in mild steel or stainless materials. What makes this deluxe kit different is the addition of a 6 1/2” x 6 1/2” square medium density shaping pad which allows even more control of stretch, allowing you to inch up a surface dent or blemish without over stretching. Also included in the deluxe kit is: (1ea) 1’ aluminum chaser blade (preshaped one end & polished), 3 different sized raising spheres to allow concentrated forming in limited trim zones, (10pc) assorted set of miniature needle files kit (assorted shapes, 4" face length) to get you started in checking in any high spots after raising. Plus deluxe kit includes all other tools already included in our current TR-KIT: (1ea) SB8 or SB6 leather shot/beater bag (without fill)- (sand recommended), DPBRM0 1 1/2" diameter redhead plastic raising and blending mallet, DMS01 1 1/4" diameter chasing/correcting hammer, DMS09 5/8" diameter swiss style trim repair hammer & DMS07 3/8" diameter swiss style repair hammer, all these hammers we recommend you use as a raising anvil using head as a forming anvil and lightly strike as needed with plastic mallet while holding handle. All our chaser/swiss style hammers can be reshaped to allow proper fit to your trim detail. DMS02 mini bench forming anvil, TR-119 (3/8" wide), TR-117 (1/2" wide), TR-124 (3/4" wide) steel dressed chasing chisel that has be reshaped to assist in correcting internal dented trim pieces with a more aggressive result, DTHLF001 auto body hammer leather facing boot, which can be tied on to any existing auto body hammer to soften the stretching forces and to eliminate marring or scratching of surface, hard maple chaser forming blank that can be shaped as needed, used as a soften chaser tool,and CTR-115 (1 1/2" dia. x 3" crown, accepts DTHLF001 boot also) med. crown & wedge trim body hammer (New Release).
