DTREW-22  22" Cast English Wheel-Class Room Demo/used machine

Excellent conddition used only in our metal shaping classroom.

Built in 2006. This style of cast wheel is no longer built and

very rare!

Professional quaility, premium english wheel & raising machine, 22" reach, solid cast iron frame ( the most rigid design in the market) allows forming capacity up to 10 gauge. All moving surfaces are bushed/bearing supported, upper wheel 7" X  2" is axle mounted to the frame to allow hand crank movement by extra person for  very close/tight bead rolling or very complex shapes. Machine has foot pressure kick wheel for lower wheel pressure adjustment, quick-change lower wheel adjustment & four different style lower anvil wheels with flat/radius ratio for each anvil wheel contour, includes:  1 3/4" W X 1 3/4 " anvil wheels-(1) flat, (1) 3" R, (1) 6" R & (1) 12" R anvil wheels and axles. All wheels have full compliment bearing and hardended axles.  Must ship via common carrier or local pick-up, weight 680lbs

Excellent shape and performs like a CP orginal.

DTNR-24PR...24 1/2" of reach with a extra depth under the lower anvil to allow greater panel access into machine. Built on the same platform as our SH02-PR shrinker it's offers versatility, control (with the spring loaded power cylinder) and value! This machine allows you to contol the forming and smoothing speed as well as panel stretch by allowing the user to back off or apply more forces to the surface with improved finish results. Plenty of power to handle 16 gauge mild steel and finish most all ductile butt welds. Six (6) lower anvil dies are included: flat to high crown. Additional styles are offered. Air contol valve included to allow cylinder pressure  adjustments to assist in surface finish control.

Can be shipped via regular ground service, or local pick-up. Weight: 128lbs  Ships in two cartons. Some assembly required.
